Well experienced as an Internal
to audit of all Banking functions. Such as Operation, Remittances, Consumer & Staff
Loans, Main Vault and Vault Operations, Accounts, Time Deposits, etc.
Considering my experience and performance, I was drafted into the ‘Re-Engineering,
New Vision Team’ formed by the Bank, for Re-engineering its operations and focus.
In this regard, worked closely with the consultants hired by the Bank M/s. LoBue
Consultants and gained new Vision & Experience. Upon completion of the project
I was entrusted with the responsibility of writing ‘Operational Manual' of the Bank.
From February 1998, to March 1999 I have worked as the Group Head of 'Manual
Writing Unit’, consisting of five Staff members.
, co-coordinating several Sub-
contractors & suppliers in the completion of Kuwait University Science Building project
with research facilities, project valued for several million Kuwaiti Dinars.
I was responsible for Contract Checking, giving opinions, Oversee Compliance to
Contract clauses by Sub-Contractors and the Suppliers, Issuing instructions to
Contractors to abide by their contractual obligations, and co-coordinating the works
and responsibilities of different Contractors & Suppliers. Also responsible for all
Correspondence, Letter of Credit, Record Maintenance, Banking related jobs, etc. I

was also involved with preparation of Contracts with Sub-Contractors. My legal
background helped me a lot in preparing, interpreting and implementing the several
legal contracts, connected with this project, involving consultants, sub-contractors
and suppliers.
I have practiced with M/s Thomas & Partners, a leading law Firm in the State of
Kerala, India, during the above stated periods. The Firm represents many
prominent companies & institutions in different courts of Kerala.
Functions & Responsibilities as LEGAL COUNSEL
Drafting, checking of Legal documents and various types of Contracts, agreements
and give opinion on different contracts, taking into account of International laws,
insurance clauses, local governmental and Central bank regulations.
Liaise with different Government Depts. that the firm represents. Review contracts,
agreements & other documents & furnish comments & furnish advice on the same to
the clients especially for the banks and commercial establishments.
Drafting various legal documents such as writ petitions, original petitions, plaints, suits,
claims written statements, affidavits, sale deeds, power of attorneys and promissory
notes.
Appear before various courts and forums and argue cases on behalf of clients.
Participate in negotiations, arbitrations & conciliation proceedings in order to settle
claims & disputes for and on behalf of the clients.
. I was Responsible for Foreign Imports & Local
Marketing. The Co. was dealing in Electrical, Telecommunication and Food items,
imported from various countries of the world.

Worked as a Lawyer/Legal Advisor in leading law firms in Kuwait, M/s Middle East Law Firm & Consultants & M/S. Mohammed Mussad Al-Mudej Lawyers. Earlier, I have practiced as a Lawyer in India for more than 9 years. As a Lawyer I have exposure in Local Kuwaiti Laws, International Laws and FIDIC contracts.
