Zero payment allocation against credit memo, which is posted by Cash Management Team

Responsibilities
➢ Co-Ordination with the marketing department and EDP. To monitor all the accounting functions of distributors, dealers and company retail showroom.
➢ To extend support to sales function with processing of actual sales Vs plan in terms of collections etc.
➢ To arrange stocks from Purchase and Distribution department on weekly/monthly basis.
➢ To scrutinize the orders received from field and controlling the credit limit. Further discussion with System Manager and Head of Finance.
➢ To verify processed invoices along with orders and instructing warehouses for dispatching the materials.
➢ To ensure on trade receivables from dealers and distributors.
➢ Weekly conference with Area Manager and Regional Manager of retail showrooms.
➢ To verifying statements like Hire Purchase and Show room collections.
➢ Daily discussion with officers about inventory accounting.
➢ Final discussion with General Manager (sales) about monthly/quarterly and annual sales.
➢ Conference with General Manager (Finance) regarding cost control and sales tax.
➢ To verify EDP statements (sales, finance and stock) and forward to Head Office.
➢ Ensuring the dealer satisfaction towards the company and its service.
