Job responsibilities:
❖ Responsible for designing and managing KOC Exchange 2010 messaging infrastructure with 8 mailbox
servers, 4 HUB Servers, 4 CAS Servers, 4 Edge servers and 2 TMG servers with 24 active databases and 48
passive data base copies with 15000+ Mailboxes and Remote site Exchange Servers (Lonodon, UK)
❖ Publishing of Exchange CAS Servers, Skype Servers and other company Websites using TMG
❖ Designing and administrating corporate Outlook Signatures and Banners for users using Exclaimer Outlook
Signature Manager Software.
❖ Maintaining Exchange GAL using KOC Organizational Structure based on Users Team Codes
❖ Managing Email Security (Anti-Spam, Anti-Virus and Content Filters) using Symantec Cloud Message Labs
Portal and Microsoft Forefront Protection for Exchange.
❖ Responsible for Managing and Administrating Office 365 Cloud Services - Exchange Online in Hybrid Mode
with 8500 mailboxes.
❖ Managing Azure AD and Private Cloud
❖ Managing Security and Compliance for Office 365 services.
❖ Experience with setting up ADFS, ADFS Proxy (WAP) Servers for Office 365
❖ Responsible for managing and monitoring AD Infrastructure with 19 Domain Controllers spread across 8
sites including Remote London(UK) AD site.
❖ Administering Windows 2008 Active Directory Services(DHCP, Certificate Services)
❖ Administering Internal and External DNS Servers.
❖ Creating Group Policies for Desktops, Users and Services based on the requirements.
❖ Responsible for designing and administrating Active Directory OU structure for Users and Computers on
KOC Organizational Structure.
❖ Bulk modification to the users properties using AD Modify and custom LDAP Queries and PowerShell Scripts
❖ Inactive AD Computers and Users clean up based on the IT Policy.
❖ Experience with Windows 2008 R2 & Windows 2012, Windows 2016 Hyper-V installation and configuration
❖ Responsible for Managing Skype for Business
