- Handling Inductions, presentations in corporates for Employee Salary Accounts and ensuring that all the
accounts on-boarded complies with KYC & Due Diligence.
- Ensuring periodical updations of KYC as per Compliances.
- Responsible for managing Team of Sales Executives and driving targets through them on Monthly
basis across various products.
- Responsible for Organizing and Supervising camps across various Companies for Investments, Tax planning
and other products.
- Ensuring Service Parameter viz no Escalations, Maintaining Team Productivity, etc.
- Ensuring efficient corporate customer enquiry resolution.
- Building relationship with Key persons in different Corporate.
- Leading the Team of Sales Officers for achieving Salary Accounts Number and Value Target.
- Achieving Cross-sell Targets.
- Facilitating branches in sourcing Corporate and Institutional Accounts.
- Achieving MAB CASA Target.
- Responsible for generating corporate salary accounts for assigned branches and manage existing accounts.
- Generate New Corporate Business Account in the Target Market.
