My current job profile includes Invoice processing, supplier reconciliations, journal entries, month end related provision entries & prepaid entries preparation and passing. Balance sheet items reconciliations, commercial finance related budget tracking, Analyzing fund request from marketing dpt for commercial activities, prepare Marketing Purchase requisition, Supplier and customer master date creation and maintenance, archives management. And actively participated in two major projects i.e.SAP coke1lite implementation and DMS implementation in the Company
in Ecsta (a LPG distributor in Kerala ) my role was mainly in accounts receivables. my profile included prepare invoices for customers, maintaining entries. followups for the customer payments
i was coordinating the purchases aswell.
i joined Nila just after my graduation as an intern.
