• Ensure accurate distribution of quality documentation in line with client requirements.

• Conduct regular quality control inspections of subcontractors on-site to ensure compliance with client and organizational quality policies, procedures, and standards.
• Identify and report quality non-conformance issues, presenting findings during periodic quality meetings and recommending corrective actions.
• Communicate QA/QC procedures and documentation to subcontractors, ensuring all relevant personnel understand the procedures affecting their work.
• Assist management in handling client relations and managing expectations as needed.

• Organize and oversee quality inspections with sub-contractors, vendors, and third-party testing agencies to ensure all site activities comply with approved standards and specifications.
• Oversee the control of nonconformance reports (NCRs), implementing corrective actions to resolve quality issues effectively and prevent recurrence.
• Collect, analyze, and report quality statistics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and promote continuous quality improvement across the project.
• Identify gaps in quality performance and develop targeted training or coaching programs to enhance skills and adherence to quality standards.
• Coordinate with the site construction manager on all quality matters to ensure smooth
• Develop the final dossier preparation and submission in schedule with project requirements.

• Witnessing and sentencing all site inspections within their disciplines according to approved QAP/ITP & job procedures.
• Monitoring and handling snagging and non-conformity closure inspection with client representative and site in-charge for inspection.
• Coordinate with the site QC manager for the completion of project documentation.
• Analyze all products and non-conformance processes and evaluate all documents to ensure maintenance of optimal quality and prepare monthly reports to evaluate performance.
• Coordinate with the commissioning department to define the scope of work.
• Monitor and control the status of punch list and exception lists relevant to quality dossiers.

• Organize, implement, and conduct QC inspections as per approved documents and project specifications.
• The issuance of nonconformance reports in conjunction with the site QC manager
• Coordinate with project staff to compile and maintain pertinent records of inspection and testing until the end of the contract and all pertinent records for retention on completion of project.
• Prepare and submit weekly and Monthly Quality reports to PMC.

Project: Expansion and Renovation of Total Gas Plant
Duration: June 2010 -April 2014
• In project sites supervise & check work quality, whether construction work is being done as per Drawings & Project Specification.
• Coordinate with Site Staff in implementing agreed corrective actions, non-conformance reports, and quality observations reports.
• Conduct material testing at the site and prepare all documents related to the inspection & attend the inspection with a consultant for all site activities for approval.
