Source mortgage applications for various banks that approve the outsource agency like National bank of Dubai, ADCB, Mashreq bank.Advice on mortgage products and eligibility, documentation, follow approvals and disbursements. Awarded appreciation for consistent top performance.
2007 -2009:Manager mortgages, DAMAC Properties.
Joined as assistant manager, mortgages and promoted as Manager, mortgages on completion of 1 year.Advisory position, assist customers of the developer in securing mortgages from approved banks such as Arab bank, ADCB, UBL, Mashreq bank, DOHA bank .Documentation and handhold customers in securing mortgages.liase with inter departments and ensure smooth mortgage. Advisory and customer device and finance sales role all in one position.
2009 to 2010 : Had to take a career break due to confinement. Relocated to India.
2010 November - 2011 April: Business manager, Call centre.InnovationUAE and Buzzwords, India
Supervise a team of tele sales agents in an outbound call centre , marketing financial products of Citibank, UAE and Mashreq bank, UAE .Responsible for recruitment , product training as well as motivation towards target achievement.Expanded the team from 3 agents to 12 agents within 3 months.
The call centre was discontinued due to prohibition of telesales of banking products in UAE in April 2011.
