-Conducted maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on various equipment including gas turbine engines, compressors, generators, engines, pumps, piping, valves, heat exchangers and marine pedestal cranes.
-Supervised, planned, performed, and reported major preventive maintenance (PM) and routine inspections for SOLAR gas turbine compressors and generators (TITAN 130 & CENTAUR 50) ensuring efficient execution and sustained reliability of essential equipment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Supervised, planned, performed, and reported major preventive maintenance (PM) and routine inspections for SOLAR gas turbine compressors and generators (TITAN 130 & CENTAUR 50) ensuring efficient execution and sustained reliability of essential equipment. 1. Successfully planned and executed turbine 4K and 8K PMs. 2. Successfully executed yearly gas turbine engine change out activities.
• Created work orders and planning for activities of PM and CM work in SAP system.
• Utilized technical manuals, schematics, hydraulic diagrams, P&IDs, drawings, and diagnostic tools to identify and rectify equipment malfunctions accurately and efficiently.
