Key Responsibilities:
• Taking care of passenger cars and fleet vehicles for their service and maintenance
• Interact with customers to identify their business requirements
• Build positive and productive relationship with customer
• Act as a primary contact for any client inquires and concern
• Work closely with Manager to strengthen client relationship
• Provide support to new product development and projects
• Maintain a database of Client service and communication documents
• Obtain client feedback and recommendation for service improvements
• Evaluation and final inspection on completed vehicles
• Follow up on Insurance LPO or cheque payment
• Attended trainings such as Engine Diagnostics, etc.
