Notable Accomplishments:
• Was given a new project idea by CEO considering data analysis that had to be completed to a high standard by a strict deadline. Solely had to gather data through intense multitasking, create reports and a system where the data was segmented and available for further data mining and report generation. Thereafter, had to remotely teach all details to others over chime in a short period of time. The reports were then pitched to the CEO which, focused on describing trends and patterns.
• Ability to learn detailed and dificult information within limited time and project it to clients with complete accuracy. Afterwards, being given the responsibility to go into rooms as a salesperson to pitch the services in depth and persuade clients, and to also act as a customer service representative and help difuse and prevent escalations.
• Adapt to the environment immediately without hesitation, such as having four clients at once, two being in sales and two being in customer service.
• Starting and cancelling new contracts, analyzing contracts, understanding terms and conditions, and then describing the individual clauses to clients.
• Negotiations considering prices and services.
• Had to become extremely digitally literate, especially in using software on electronics such as ERP and Survey Monkey, Excel, Prezi, Canvas
