Assisting Addis Ababa destined and transit Passengers.
Creating (activating) an internationally accessible file for passengers who are missing their bags.
Record unattained bags into the system, following up the on the progress and, forwarding bags to final destination.
Handling passengers from other airlines as per their rule and regulations.
Following up, checking status of files, advising and communicating with passengers involved.
Keeping and updating records of files with full accuracy, with all relevant documents including daily, weekly and monthly reports.
