As a product marketing manager, I was promoting Digitalin’s B2B products by
developing digital marketing strategies, conducting market research, analyzing
customer needs, collaborating with Design, Product, and Sales teams, and tracking
performance metrics.
• I was responsible for 3 different SaaS products, Payment gateway, Virtual
Sports, and Sports Betting
• Transformed the product presence by revisiting the marketing funnel, which
led to the increase of the MQL by 50%
• In cooperation with the Design team, the way visuals were created was
revised, to use regional specifications. This led to an increase in the digital
advertisement engagement rate of 15%.
• Started working with Joomag to initiate the digital transformation of the
brand. To have better tracking of campaigns, sales processes, etc
• Changed the Digital advertisement strategy, not only connecting the activity
with the upcoming expos/events,
• After increasing the duration of the digital campaigns from 3 weeks before
the event to 1.5-2 months, were able to create a champion funnel to get a
higher rate of MQLs.
• Optimized technical, on-page SEO, revised the content, and increased the
number of backlinks, to reach a higher ranking, removing the keyword gap.
• For the Payment Gateway product created a new name - Paydrom, and with
the cooperation of the Design team developed a branding.
• Ensuring that the products were appropriately represented during the Expos
and industry events.
• Tracking and guaranteeing that the products’ tone of voice is kept through
all the channels.
• The main target markets were: Latin America, Europe, Asia, MENA
