Quality / Food Safety Management systems (ISO: 22000/ HACCP/ ISO: 9001).internal audit and hands on experience in Chemical and microbiological analysis (Raw material, packaging material and finish product) as well as on line process monitoring.Basic understanding of water chemistry and water treatment process.Conversant with hygiene, sanitation (CIP), GMP, Housekeeping and GLP for ensuring proper system implementation.Calibration of lab equipments and ensuring these are as per given standards.Coordinating with other departments viz Production, Maintenance, and Logistics for ensuring smooth flow of operations.Should work as a team member with positive attitude and flexibility in multicultural environment.
