Maintain store neat and organized with high standard of Visual Merchandising, house keeping, display and stock replenishment
Demonstrates product knowledge and points out key features and benefits of selected products.
Explain sales services fully and processed transaction accurately and quickly with a genuine smile.
Handling more than twenty country’s foreign currency.
Resolving the customer complains if there are any or offering creative solution.
Achieving the monthly sales target by using Apprentice Skill’s appropriate sales technique and product knowledge.

Job Responsibilities:-
Well come customer to the store, greet them and providing ultimate customer experience.
Offer them qualified advice on the available product, ask questions professionaly and recommend appropriate product
which is meet the customer needs.
Maintain eye-catching effective display and visual merchandising within the store.
Merchandising products prominently on the shop shelves and display units.
Replenishing stocks as often as required in conjunction with manager and stock merchandiser.
Stock and space management as per store and check stock levels daily basis, recommend order to the manager in order to replenish and maintain optimum stock level.
Co-ordinate with buyer team for preparing plan for any promotional activities within the store,
Prepare a seasonal report about first moving, slow moving, colour, most demanded, quality of the product and value compare to other competitors’. Handle customer complains professionally, offer assurance for resolution.
Build better relationship with the customer by gaining their trust and solving their challenge in such a
Way that customer will have an excellent opinion about company and become a loyal customer.
Motivate the sales team and making daily business plan for achieving monthly sales target.
Support the store manager in achieving the sales target as well as standard operation in day to day business within the store.
Accurately and efficiently process sales transactions through the POS retail operating system and maintain accurate register and inventory records.
