Responsible for Stream Lining Different Processes and System Development for the company.
Responsible for managing Performance System in coordination with the Tech MGR and G.M for Both Engineers & Admin employees.
Responsible for creation and development of different measurement categories for Performance MGT System and present of analysis to the GM periodically.
Responsible for providing impartial recommendations for GM’s Decision Making Process in regards to whole company development issues.
Responsible for re-designing JOB descriptions, Duties and Responsibilities for KIAS Safety employees.
Responsible for creation, development and implementation of new marketing strategies to penetrate new markets within UAE.
Responsible for represent the company in governmental meetings, customer meetings in relation to business development & marketing.
Responsible for seeking new customers authorized to sign company contracts with clients.
Responsible for creating promotional offers for new customers and provide aftersales support if needed.
Responsible to communicate with contract managers for accepting prices and communicate it with them in daily basis to get contracts.
Responsible to provide business problem solving solutions
In regards to different fields of company business, identify company needs, change request approval from G.M
Responsible for establishing long term communications with company new clients whilst maintaining old customers.
Responsible to hold Weekly & monthly meetings with different departments teams to reschedule work, and resolve problems
Responsible for arrange and coordinate social & recreational events for company employees, and with customers
United Nations mission in sudan performed duties of conference management ... and aslo facilities management officer been in charge of (OIC) of the facilities Management Unit in Liquidation Team .. and other duties that been assigned by UN Chief of Mission .
