Interact with the AML Officer and the compliance team at the country head office on a regular basis to obtain updates on the requirements and to share information. Pass on any learning’s to staffing the branch.
Provide honest, direct and constructive feedback to Customer Ad visors around the quality of the account opening and loan forms they complete and the KYC requirements they are responsible for Responsible for all compliance related training and coaching within the branch and providing support on the same to nearby small branches.
Responsible for delivery of Anti-Money Laundering, Fraud Prevention, Suspicious Transaction Monitoring and KYC training in the local branch and other small branches in the area.
