Organize and execute technical presentations and product/solution demonstrations to customers, collaborating with the sales team to achieve the sales quotas defined for the EMEA region.

My area of expertise includes all the network core equipment necessary for the operation of Roaming Services at SFR (HSS/HLR, INNG, PTS, DNS, FW, DEA/DRA, MME/MSS, SMSC/MMSC, VLR, MR). I am thus the manager and guarantor of the maintenance of the entire Roaming Core Network activity at SFR. I use several software and applications on a daily basis; ASTELIA Nova, Visio, Excel, Fortinet, Sentry, GSMA, BSR, Expandium, Wireshark, KPSA, RRDM, ...
Major Projects: - Management of Intelligence Network (IN) shared between MEO Portugal and SFR (Global M2M) to share the information contained in the SFR and MEO database and thus create a smart network allowing to offer several services including connected objects (IoT).
Implementation and end-to-end management of the Comfone Hub at SFR (MoldTelecom Operator with whom I performed all the IN/OUT tests for 2G/3G/CAMEL/4G services via the Comfone Hub).
Piloting and Support Migration of the Nokia 1NDS HLR (Migration to the Nokia HLR by asking several operators to perform the non-regression tests and thus confirm and ensure the good behavior of the new HLR)
I support the sales team in the qualification and design of solutions for professional companies (B2B) by analyzing the needs and customer monitoring precisely and by elaborating the proposal and feasibility study of a project. My role is to explain how complex technical offers work and I have to interact with the different departments of the company (production, contract division, MdM, HdM...)
Major Projects: Response to a call for tenders for the client "APEC" during the renewal of its network and IT fleet. (Call for tenders won) - Monitoring and evolution of the "ADMR" client network throughout my three years of learning.
The aim is to train engineers capable of designing, sizing, deploying, operating and administering next-generation networks. These networks, characterised by the convergence of information technology and networks, lead to a significant change in the skills base of the engineers who use them in operators, manufacturers and user companies. Network services and infrastructures, voice/data/images/mobility convergence, fibre optics, security, quality of service,... are among the topics addressed in the curriculum.
