Installation of hinged ventilated facades and translucent structures of aluminum profiles and profiles of PVC (hot and cold aluminum).
• Implementation of construction control and technical supervision of facility.
• Understand and implement Company QA/QC Policy and Procedures on assigned Projects.
• Ensure the requirements of Project Quality Plan/Manual is implemented and adhered to the assigned Projects.
• Ensure assigned Projects meet Quality requirements as set out in the design drawings and Contract documentation.
• Liaise with Clients’ and Sub-Contractors’ Quality representatives.
• Monitoring implemented Quality system through periodic audits.
• Carry out regular internal and external audits and prepare reports of findings.
• Make recommendations to Project team regarding improvements on Quality.
• Training employees on Quality Assurance and Quality Control compliance requirements.
• Co-ordinate in process and post process inspections of all steel works and façade elements from employees and Sub-contractors in accordance with Project Quality requirements.
• Acceptance of works performed and signing of acts of work performed by employers and subcontractors.
Installation of translucent structures of aluminum profiles and profiles of PVC (hot and cold aluminum).
1. Coordination, and supervision of construction projects according to the project quality plan.
2. Solving technical issues, providing advice, management, and preparing reports.
3. Establish, report, and follow up all on non-conformance activities.
4. Enforce the relevant safety rules at site and make sure personal protective equipment is worn as and where required by the staff under their responsibility.
5. Attend coordination meetings organized by clients.
6. Conduct daily briefing with site team leaders to follow-up and report on the work progress in order to anticipate any possible delays with regards to planned tasks.
7. Take immediate corrective action to avoid any effect of such deviation to finish the task in due time.
8. Conduct regular inspections and assess the work performance done.
9. Evaluate and resolve any discrepancies and problems arising during construction that affect the quality of works performed.
10. Acceptance of completed works from team leaders and handing them over to the supervision of client and completion of the necessary rectification works.
11. Experience in successful management of several construction projects at the same time.

• Implementation on behalf of client (Cargill) technical supervision of constructional and installation works execution, in the process of construction of plants.
• Revision of project documentation, CAD drawings and redesign where it is necessary in particular for steel structures (steel structures, and all other components of several factory buildings, in AutoCAD program with the subsequent registration of filing and printing of drawings on printers and plotters).
• Execution of the necessary tasks on construction sites to ensure conformity of materials and works (check the availability of the documents certifying the quality of using materials and products on building structures (technical certificates, certificates, laboratory test results and so on).
• Bringing to the attention of the QA/QC manager and project manager of any deviation from
the requirements specified in the design and contract documentation; keeping record of
results and preparation of various statements.
• Experience working with international employees on industrial constructional sites (language translation and assistance in solving problems during working process with foreign colleagues, as well, translation and preparation of various documents).
• Attendance of meetings organized for Engineering Department.
• Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly work reports in English language.
Installation, repair and replacement of building plumbing, heating, electrical, sewerage and HVAC systems.
• Examining and inspecting quality and scheduling of work.
• Supervising a crew of fitters.
• Scheduling times of shipment and mode of transportation of material, also estimation and
controlling of rational use of materials.
• Read and follow blueprint plans.
• Arranging the planning of work.
• Ensuring that work is carried out in accordance with health and safety legislation.
• Supervise installations in accordance with project specifications and customer
requirements.
• Liaison with engineers, designers, local authorities, contractors and suppliers.
