*Assisting the execution team with their work activities look-ahead schedule based on the project scope statement and technical inputs required.
*Analysing site conditions & local environments for systematic solutions.
*Identifying areas of uncertainty by risk analysis and taking response plans through the application of various risk response strategies.
*Coordinating with the quality department to systematically check whether the standards, procedure and process are being followed according to the quality management plan.
*Monitoring the execution activities to the project scope, schedule and cost baselines .
*Creation of project performance report like status, progress, trend, forecasting and variance reports.
*Developing preventive action, corrective action, defect repair and workarounds so as to avoid variation from project baselines.
*Developing change request form and monitoring them so that only approved change request are being carried out.
*Managing the risk register and issue log along the project .
*Developing schedule forecast, cost forecast and validate changes as part of controlling process.
*Checking for scope creep and documenting it so as to validate and control scope.
*Co-ordinating with Client Meeting requirements.
*Quoting price for additional work/job in minimal time.
*Updating of project schedule and work break down structure for any approved changes.
*Assisting in development of lessons learned document.
*Accountable for conducting mock ISO audit sessions for various departments and ensuring quality services.
