ACCOUNTABILITY
• To ensure implementation of Quality Control for all in-process and finished product before and after Installation.
• Strictly monitor implementation of specified quality requirements of site.
• Ensures that the inspection has been raised by the inspectors according to Site Inspection & Test Plan)
• Prepare weekly reports related to both quality and progress of the site to QA /QC Manager
• Preparation of Work Inspection ( WIR ) and Material Inspection Request ( MIR )
and Co -Ordination with the Consultants and Clients to carry out inspection as per the Test Plan
• Preparation of Field Change Request ( FCR ) & Methods Statements upon requirement
• Raising and closing Non-Conforming Product Report.
• Ensures that calibrated equipment’s are used at all times.
• Ensuring for all the site test are done as per project Specification

JOB PROFILE:
• Working in UAE as a Senior Quality Control Inspector for the inspection of materials produced by the local suppliers for the manufacturing and installation of Curtain Walls ( Unitized Panels ), directly reporting to Quality Manager.
ACCOUNTABILITY
• To ensure implementation of Quality Control for all in-process and finished product before Installation.
• To Evaluate the supplier facilities whether the concerned Parties are capable of performing the works, prior to the confirmation of orders
• Review of supplier prequalification documents
• Co -ordination with the design team for the clarifications generated by the suppliers on Fabricating the materials
• To carry out inspection at the Supplier End as per the specification mentioned on the Purchase order and drawing
• To ensure that all finished product are inspected and passed as per the requirements of drawing.
• Strictly monitor implementation of quality requirements.
• Responsible for Inspection of Factory products in accordance to set criteria.
• Verify the product in accordance with the acceptance criteria ( Inspection & Test Plan)
• Verifying the Engineering drawing as against the actual output.
• Raising Non-Conforming Product Report.
• Verifies / Closes Non Conforming product Report
• Ensure that product is properly identified by its status.
• Authorized to do verification of Product Non-Conformity Reports raised.
