Supervise and carry out all the inbound, outbound, Value add, operations in a manner consistent with the Port & Customs, JAFZA Health, Safety, EHS and other local government requirements and policies. To ensure that all inbound and outbound orders are processed and available to the stores and customer as per the agreed timelines. Train and develop the Operations team to deliver excellent performance at all times and ensure that all staff are aware of company policies, procedures and developments through effective team briefings. Communicate and co-ordinate with X Dock and LDC for effective and smooth distribution to the stores and customer deliveries. Provide daily shift performance and operational status reports. Plan resources to achieve daily task plans to minimize overtime and ensure execution of core operational service levels agreed with Brand Team. Supervise and improve daily warehousing operations (receiving, put away, inventory, picking, packing, delivery) in line with agreed operational plans and targets. Ensure full compliance with EHS (Environment Health & Safety), Port & Customs and other local authority rules and regulations. Responsible for Health & Safety within the operations when on duty. To contribute to the efforts of the management team by continuously reviewing processes for possible improvements and costs savings and those financial repercussions of all operations effort are well.
Overall Second line incharge and responsible for warehouse of 50 thousand Sq.ft.
Manage facility and all facets of warehousing - space optimization -space optimization
Inventory accuracy in system as well as physical
Responsible for Receipts Inventory & timely dispatches of merchandise
Laisoning with Category team and Sales Team - Manage labour - Responsible for training of staff and effective utilization of manpower
Cost reduction in warehouse - Co-ordination with local transportation and monitor their performance for effective distribution activity
Review and adhere to SOP

Take care of annual stock take as well as perpectual stock take.
