Omkar Worly Sales Project is three tower building with 78, 84, & 79 floors.in mumbai, india. Handling one of the towers structural works.
Excution of Job, Manage and co ordinate subcontractors, consultant and clint, make sure the work must be completed as per the work programme, with in the budgect and quality and in safety.
Control the Construction Part of the project of Al Fattan Currency House which consists of 4 basement+GF+2 podium+2 Mezz. Floor+34 floor office tower+11 floor office building+ 3 floor pavilion. Cost 900 million Dirham and Al Fattan Hotel and residential appartments.
• Excavation, Piling works and completed the raft. Completed the core wall using slip form system. Co ordinate the sub contractors and arrange the inspection after completion of work . Also help safety dept. for arrange training programmes for the workers and co ordinate with qa/qc and planning dept
• Excavation, piling, shoring, water proofing, raft, core wall with slip form method and pt slab in aluma table system in a 4 days cycle. Report to the Senior Site Engineer and Structural Manager for the daily production, weekly and monthly target and achievements. Co ordinate with the quality team for inspection and tests. Also the safety team to achieve the zero accident projects. Arrange the materials required in advance to avoid the delay of project also the lost of man hours.
• Setting out, Arrange materials, and manpower and sub contractors. Prepare running bills and co ordinate with sub contractors and consultants. Arrange weekly and monthly progress meetings and submit
Work details and programme for the project managers approval and explain them to the sub ordinates.
