-Monitored diverse functions of the construction management contractor (namely FLUOR Corporation of USA).

-Evaluated contractor’s bids and negotiated contractor’s claims and contract change orders.
-Coordinated management actions with contractors within the project organization as well as with other departments, Government organizations, engineering design offices at ARAMCO Service Company, Houstan USA and contractors; namely McDermott, ETPM, DAELIM, Raymond Int, Brown & Root, CBI, McPress, CCC and Foster Wheeler.
-Performed assignment to identify surplus project materials and equipment worth US $ 300 million and to locate users within the company or to dispose it off through international auction.
-Carried out systems audits with a view to streamline procedures, improve practices and to improve productivity within project organization.
-Prepared consolidated cost and progress reports of all gas projects throughout Saudi Arabia and Master cash flow forecasts for reporting to Saudi Arabian Government as Staff Officer to Senior Vice President.
-Audited management contractors monthly billings and made cost allocations to various accounts for EDP processing.
