Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and with courtesy.
Assist guests with inquiries
Maintain efficient and effective flow of information with guests and all internal departments.
Executing the project & assessing the daily, weekly, monthly & yearly targets for the staff and the volumes to be worked upon.
Generating MIS reports to be delivered to the management for its information and review.
Forecasting workload and scheduling staff to meet anticipated workload within scheduled turnaround time thereby enhancing efficiency and meeting deadlines.
Attending to clients (individuals/corporate clients) concerns & complaints and undertaking steps for effectively resolving them.
Training & Development
Reviewing, evaluating and updating process training modules as needed, and communicating the changes to the client.
Managing Appraisal process across the levels and establishing framework for substantiating Performance Appraisal system linked to Reward Management.
