1. Responsible for all operations for sheet metal based products including Fire rated cabinets, Fired rated doors, Enclosures, etc.
2. Managing a team of Production engineers to achieve set targets of dispatch by maintaining quality and ensuring customer satisfaction.
3. Finite production scheduling and effective implementation of the same.
4. Oversee the production process in the factory by managing all production team, motivating production team and direct them towards achieving desired quality & plan.
5. Improving manufacturing systems towards achieving better productivity.
6. Daily, weekly and monthly report as required for top management review.
7. Ensure that all production equipment is in good operating condition. Maintain machine, tools and other assets of company in order for correct usage and easy reuse.
8. Resolving quality issues by experience, trials and feedback loop.
9. Interacts with QC on quality issues, customer returns and/or customer complaints, as needed.
10. Ensure that all certification requirements (ISO, UL, FM, BSI, etc.) and quality records are maintained and implemented at all times.
11. Responsible for staffing, personnel issues, and safety in work area. Supervise and a part of implementing Health & Safety policy of the company.
12. Initiating and organizing development training in co-ordination with HR Dept. for continual improvement.

•Supervise shift in charge, machine operators and fabricators and direct them towards achieving desired quality & plan.
•Motivating workers or implementing systems towards achieving better production.

•Liaise with concerned departments to solve machine problems.

•Verifying newly developed parts as per drawing.
•Preparing daily production plan.
•Verifying various Auto-CAD unfolds drawings for development of various models.
•Developing vendor for various Hard tools.
•Preparing daily production report and forwarding the same to GM.
•Taking follow-up from Quality department.
•Failure / Rejection analysis.
•Responsible for issuing raw material as per the daily Planning.
•Responsible for dispatching the kit on time to Assembly line.
