Telia B2B is Oracle RSDOD implementation project with the solution consists of Mobile services as the scope of Accenture delivery.
OSM implementation in Telia is with version 7.3.5 O2A PIP Cartridges with customizations which is specific to Mobile Delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Technical Lead for OSM team of more than 4 members
• Handling usecase delivery for each Sprint.

Project 2
France Telecom B2B transformation is Oracle RODOD implementation project which accelerates the business growth in enterprise segments. The entire scope of B2B solution consists of Mobile services, Fixed Lines, VOIP Lines, network and site connectivity etc.
OSM implementation in FT is with version 7.2.2.3.7 which is migrated from 7.0.3 O2A PIP Cartridges with customizations. The major customization showcased is the new module integrated with COM for handling large orders.This new venture of OSM asset is quite unique on the global market place.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Lead for a team of more than 5 members.
• Implementation of large order management module.
• Handled migration from OSM 7.0.3 to OSM 7.2.2.3.7.
• Handled COM and SOM implementation.
• Implemented Orchestration, Custom Process Flows, Product Specifications etc.
• Handling of Defect Fixes and defects delivery.

Communications Inc. is best known for pioneering the bundle of television, Internet and telephone services together, offering consumers the ability to consolidate their services with one provider.

Roles and Responsibilities
1. Supports production environment in terms of server restarts, production deployments and handling real time customer issues which are logged as tickets.
2. Handled OSM 6.3 and ASAP 7 deployments in various production and staging environments.
