Involved in end to end management and delivery of MTN’s information technology projects, stakeholder management, liaising with technology partners/vendors, managing change process, risks and other constraints throughout the entire project/product lifecycle
Core Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage multi-disciplinary project teams (co-located and virtual)
• Plan and implement small to large IT projects to support MTN Nigeria’s clients, products, and services
• Primary client focal point for project team from project initiation to deployment
• Manage multiple projects at once and drive them across key phases ensuring deadlines are met
• Provide accurate and detailed periodic status reports to major stakeholders and management

• Manage relevant technical issues and ensure delivery of projects within established constraints.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders carrying them along throughout the project
• Track all activities against the project plan & ensure deliverables are achieved according to plan
• Ensure continuous project business justification providing oversight and escalation when necessary
• Re-establish project momentum when off-track, taking appropriate actions where necessary
• Implement IT processes to improve business/organization performance
Primarily responsible for end to end management and delivery of technology related projects, business liaison/stakeholder management, liaising with technology partners/vendors, effectively managing change, risks and other project constraints throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Core Responsibilities:
• Provide technical direction and leadership to development teams enabling efficient project delivery
• Drive project across key phases from initiation, and track through completion, until final handover
• Primary client communication focal point for project team, communicating project expectations on a proactive basis to team members to ensure project deliverables and customer targets are met
• Manage business, functional & technical aspects of projects with client and team members
• Maintain continuous alignment of project/program scope with strategic business objectives
• Evaluate new & existing technologies, strategies and procedures required to deliver quality projects

• Provide technical support to end users and perform various IT administration tasks
• Design, configure, implement, troubleshoot, upgrade and support new and existing IT infrastructure

Six-months engineering internship in the understanding of Wireless Communication, VoIP/Telecoms Services, Remote IT Support Services; and also played role as a Research Analyst.
Three-months engineering internship in the basic administration/maintenance of servers and network, configuration of software and security systems, database management, website development, etc.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of servers, operating systems, database and network and implement changes as required to improve performance.
• Design, develop, test, integrate and deploy new websites and applications.
• Suggested Home-User Accounts for customers who wanted browsing privacy in their rooms, resulting to an increase in turn-over for the company.
