Deliver full IP network technical support and management to Siemens worldwide intranet. Manage incidents technically and logistically. Assign and assist field engineers on sites. Cooperate with team members to deliver daily status reports.
Hold responsibility for all incidents progress and ensure that the Service Level Agreement is achieved.
Translate and revise documents in the fields of education, tourism and environment from English to Arabic and vice versa.
Teaching children and adults Arabic and English languages in various novice, intermediate and advanced levels.
Act as a front line interface with customers of Vodafone UK, Work as part of a team to ensure offering world-class Customer Service at all times. Communicate positively with all involved parties in order to facilitate customer's reception of the expected distinguished service.
