Responsibilities:
 Troubleshoot user desktop issues, Servers and network related issues and provide user support.
 Configure, manage and administer computer network including Routers and Switches.
 Configure, manage and administer Windows Servers which includes File Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and WSUS Server.
 Configure and manage Microsoft Azure Active Directory.
 Conduct regular network performance test and Manage and maintaining the IT inventories.
 Provide training for courses such as Windows Server, Windows 10/11, Microsoft Azure, CCNA, A+ and Network+.
 Conduct meetings with the IT team for reporting and analysis for the support required and guide the team as a Team Leader.
