IT Operations:
- Managing the IT Operations for multiple projects.
- Providing the complete design and setup for all telecommunications.

Application Support:
- Analyzing business processes and business requirements.
- Making recommendations for solutions/improvements and transforming business requirements into automated software.
- Coordinating in business analysis sessions to understand the business processes, conducting trend analysis and translating them into technical solutions that save time, eliminate redundancies and improve quality.
- Working closely and following up with the Application Developers to achieve the required outcome.
- Applying system upgrades/updates in a testing environment before live implementation.
- Performing data audits, linking different databases to create various progress reports.
- Supporting several in-house applications; Accounting, Payroll, Timesheet, Document Control, Procurement & Warehousing Management, Piping & Engineering Management.
