• Lead in the successful horizontal PLT-MAPS and reservoir evaluation logging in 30, 00ft horizontal well, using Logging while Tractoring technology for the client ZADCO.
• Lead in several cased perforations, plug and packer setting, casing inspection and cement evaluation services in highly horizontal wells using Tractor deployment for ADMA, ADCO.
• Perform Production logging/reservoir evaluation services using Memory for deployment in H2S environments
• Supervise specialized operations in remote locations, including Memory Production and Reservoir Logging, Coiled Tubing Conveyed Logging, and logging off a competitor’s wireline.
• Plan wireline logging operations from initial Design of service to proper tool selection for optimized service delivery.
WIRELINE / SLICKLINE SERVICES
* Involved in the startup of wireline/ slickline/ logging division from base setup to interaction with logging and
slickline equipment manufacturers to ensure relevant equipment is procured.
* Review technical documentations and quotations for an assortment of projects for the initial set up of the
slickline/wireline division.
* Organize, document and improve data analysis, interpretation and delivery processes of wireline and
slickline services by generating spreadsheet programs and technical reports.
* Communicate with contractors logging supervisor, to evaluate progress of wireline activities and establish
work plan procedures and implement same.
* Conduct client assessment and technical evaluation including end of job report review and job ticket
reconciliation and approvals.

* Coordinate with Drilling operations division to manage business development around existing slickline assets
for new well operations to ensure adequate tools and consumables are available from contractors when
required.
* Interpret and negotiate contracts, operating agreements and other legal documents, run economic
evaluations to compare service company options.
* Ensure Contractors adhere to the company’s values - integrity, ownership, urgency, alignment and
innovation.
* Ensure contractors adhere to established safety rules and standards as it bothers on wireline and slickline
operations in gas wells as well as high pressure wells.
WIRELINE LOGGING SERVICE
* Works with Customer Representative and drill crew on location to coordinate operations at the well site.
* Advises Customer Representative in the logging and completions operations; interpreting logging data,
troubleshooting, and other well site analysis and decision-making processes.
* Supervises crew and equipment at the well site and at the shop to provide specific logging and completions
services.
* Oversees the training of less experienced field engineers.
WIRELINE AND PERFORATING SERVICES
Client Base: Exxon Mobil, SPDC, ENI (NAOC & NAE), NPDC, Total E&P Nigeria, PanOcean, Conoil
Field Service Management: Supervision of all wireline logging operations and logistics.
Technical Support: Delivered onshore and offshore guidance for optimizing services in order to reduce rig time,
ensure safe and timely job execution, remotely monitor younger field engineers for technical support and
intervention when required, provide on- and off-field technical advisory for all clients, manage needed changes in
work instructions or logging programs, and inter-segment equipment integration such as completions and
wireline and other non-Halliburton third party equipment integration with Halliburton wireline.
Lead Engineer: Facilitated identification and production of key reservoir pays for successful strategic Oil and Gas
exploration projects, by delivering high quality well logging data used to make informed decisions during
production.
Project Management: Delivered expertise while focusing on project readiness assessment and development and
integration of remedial work plans such as equipment sourcing, logistics, preparation of equipment and crew,
service quality meetings and implementation of action items from SQMs.
Risk Assessments: Provided mitigation designs and documentation ensuring adoption of proper conveyance
methods for assigned projects, safe and cost-effective contingency plans, and development of rig- and client-
specific work instructions to standardize wire line operations while considering various rig configurations.
Real-Time Data Acquisition/QC, Processing and Field Interpretation: Implemented for Nuclear, Resistivity,
Magnetic Resonance, Reservoir Pressure Data, Formation Fluid Sampling, Perforation, Cement Bond Logging and
Pipe Inspection, Production Logging and Reservoir Monitoring (CO and Sigma logs), Borehole Seismic Planning
and Acquisition on land and offshore.
Competency Management and Summit Implementation: Utilized in order to improve service delivery, health
and safety, environment goals, job scheduling, equipment maintenance and calibration events, invoicing well site
data capture and reduction of client data queues. Promotes the application of HMS to Work processes and
methods
Base Management: Including segment compliance audits, remedial work plan development for under-
performing employees, following up on developed actions to ensure resources were made available for
improvements, closure of audits, and following up on activities of support functions such as electronics, Sonde
labs, logistics, technical- and non-technical vendors.
