A member of the Energy Management Systems team mainly responsible for SCADA, User interface and network model: - design, build and configuration services for the Energy Management System.
RESPONISIBILITIES AND SKILLS DEVELOPED:
• Design and build user interface/displays
• Build, configure, testing (point-to-point) activities associated with the EMS
• Design, build, install and test SCADA/RTU scanning databases
• Assist in capacity and performance planning of the EMS and associated services
• Assist in the co-ordination of planned outage and fault management activities to ensure high availability of the EMS and associated services.
• Maintenance and defect rectification of EMS, NMS, ICCP, DNP, Conitel and support equipment hardware, operating systems, databases and applications
• Provide 24x7 On-call support for key stakeholders and customers across divisions
• Develop and maintain constructive relationships with key stakeholders across divisions
Part of the engineering team mainly responsible for the
development of client specific projects for distributed
control systems. Assist with project management involving
the decisions regarding priorities and feasibility of projects
and managing budgets.
RESPONISIBILITIES AND SKILLS DEVELOPED:
* Hardware Design and Testing for Yokogawa DCS, PLC
and SCADA systems
* Hardware Factory Acceptance Testing
* Control system software design, programming and
testing
* Assistance in Project Management including overseas
projects
* Working in small teams
* Proficient use of AutoCad packages
o Cabinet layouts, Single line and Earthing
Diagrams
A member of the System Sales team to scope and size
Yokogawa hardware and software for the tender process of
small and large scale projects.
RESPONISIBILITIES AND SKILLS DEVELOPED:
* Installation and setup of Yokogawa Stations (HMI)
* Procurement and order tracking
* Experienced in Tender process of small and large
projects
* Experienced in building CS3000, Exaquantum
(Historian), PRM and Stardom Stations
Monitoring Sensors, Brisbane
Designing and manufacturing of Meteorological and Water
Quality instruments, Gas Monitors, Data Loggers and other
ancillary equipment suitable for Environmental Monitoring,
Meteorological, Agricultural, Agribusiness and Industrial
applications.

* Construct electronic environmental devices such as
