Responsible for submission of management reports and business plans, including long-term plan, carrying out daily supervision over the financial activities, ensuring all financial processes and efficient management of Company’s assets, liabilities and risk exposure, review company contracts obligations for financially sound terms.
Managing accounting assistants and bookkeepers,
maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts, preparing a trial balance, and reconciling entries, Well cost generation monthly basis, expense classification with PSA requirements (OPEX and CAPEX), communication with tax authorities, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports .
Managing and controlling Accounting department •
preparation of SPL and SOFP • month end and year end
transactions. Controlling, analysing sales and warehouse
datas periodically. Preparation of tax reports.
Responsible for ledger accounts and allocate expenses
using PSA requirements (CAPEX and OPEX), generate
mothly cost of wells. Cash flow statement and budgeting.
Managed accounts payable. Responsible for Tax reports.
Responsible for ledger accounts, checking contract terms
and internal EAF (Expense Approval Form) terms and
budget limit, to reconcile the each directorate's budget, forecasting.
