Plan for a year from HR recruitment perspective.
• Lead a committee of 16 members and be their trainer.
• Work on new selection phase for the organization.
One- month training in many topics like (Cathodic protection, Grounding ...).
Recruit participants for different events.
• Apply different selection phases.
• General Coordinator for MECA Academy carried out by ExxonMobil company (coordinate
several groups in all the sessions, through the case study and the factory visit).
