During Construction Phase;
• Ensures all project information related to design, procurement and construction is accurate and timely, meets the relevant standards and specifications and is made available to the construction team in line with the required schedule.
• Provides engineering assistance to the project planners on questions related to Civil Structural materials, scope definition, and field coordination.
• Provides engineering assistance to the site Design Supervision and Technical Supervision on questions related to Civil Structural materials and scope definition as required to support Regulatory Affairs efforts.
• Ensures engineering drawings and design packages are issued as per the project plans to support subcontracting and construction needs, and that the most current revision of all required drawings, specs, and procedures utilized for construction activities are available and being utilized.
• Provides engineering review of all extra work requests relating to Civil Structural and inform SGE Package Managers on areas of growth.
• Ensures engineering support for Field Construction Personnel.
• Reviews all required Civil Structural engineering changes during the project construction phase, and provide recommendation to SGE Package Managers on acceptance.
• Ensures optimized use of owner and contractor’s resources during field execution phase.
• Interfaces with Construction Manger to ensure quality of work for operability, maintainability, and technical intent on Project.
• Maintains positive relationships with Partners and RoK design institutes to maximize effective Kazakh Goods & Services levels (KGS).
• Produces punch list of items to be corrected on capital work prior to transfer of facilities for commissioning.
During Post Construction Phase;
• Ensures proper project closeout as per company guidelines.
• Ensures that “as-built drawings” are completed as required.
• Ensures timely completion of all post construction project activities.
• Conducts formal project look-back and share lessons learned.
As a Principal Civil/Structural Engineer, Tolga works in PSNK office in Atyrau He participates into Feasibility, Concept, FEED and Detailed Design Stages of miscellaneous major or minor brown-field of NCOC (Shell, Exon Mobil), on Onshore and Offshore.
Short Term Contract- As a Lead/Principal Civil/Structural Engineer, he worked in the Weatherford Office in Dubai, on a short term contract, until the Zubair Project and the construction work at site is fully completed. Tolga concluded all major outstanding Civil/Structural issues about the 3 different sites and left with getting a very good reference from the Engineering Manager.
As a Lead/Principal Civil/Structural Engineer, he worked in the WP Office in Tengiz Plant Area. He involves in Facility Engineering Projects (FE) which are Phase 3 and Phase 4 Projects.
As a Lead/Principal Civil/Structural Engineer, he involved in Engineering Projects which are Phase 3 and Phase 4 Projects.
