Duties:

•Managed the complete planning activities (incl. infrastructure, car parks, bridges and associated roads) totalling to 18000+ activities
•Expert user of the project control system such as scheduling, cost and document management systems
•Advanced utilization of P6; resource levelling, performance progress, summary dashboards, multiple critical path analysis, KPI tracking
•Performed Earned Value calculations along with analysis for resource, cost and manpower loading and performance progress.
•Supported integration of scope, cost and schedule within the WBS and ensured that mapping is accurate on an ongoing basis.
•Prepared bi-weekly schedule and resource updates at Primavera P6
•Conducted critical path analysis with identifying any possible impacts on / delays to Project milestones
•Provided departmental support for delay analysis reports, determining the Employer’s impact on construction delays and drafted reports for claim purposes
•Identified, analysed and monitored schedule deviations for assigned disciplines or specialties including subcontractor/supplier submittals and recommended/followed up corrective action
•QTOs (quantity take-offs) for all managed areas / buildings
