Job description
• Maintains office services by organising office operation and procedure, preparing pay roll and monitoring clerical functions
• Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office system, layouts and equipment procurement
• Designs and implement office policies by establishing standards
• Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, follow up on work results
• Achieve financial objectives by preparing budget, scheduling expenditure
• Maintain office staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees
• Writing report on staff performance and attitude
Other duties include:
• Procures office needs
• Provides finance for work to get done
• Assists director in office tasks
• Liaison with Product Exporter in Turkey to import Steel doors, Taps and sanitary wares etc.
• Provides necessary documents (Proforma Invoice, SONCAP, Marine Insurance Certificate) for bank officials in sourcing for credit in foreign currency to purchase products from Turkey
