• Project Management of Ariba onboarding and Training for 1, 540 Exolum suppliers with existing purchase orders.

• I provided solutions to over 100 SAP Ariba Incidents weekly.
Team member regional operational sourcing team. I supported the execution of operational Procurement activities and strategic Business-led sourcing requests within region Europe. Delivering best procurement practice and managing supplier and stakeholder relationships.
• I Managed preferred supplier arrangements and contracts.
• I ensured compliance with relevant policies, standards, and operating procedures.
• I ensured operational sourcing requests are executed in line with the category-buying guides
• I created high-value work orders, change orders, contract close outs and multiple standalone agreements.
• I worked with both legal and project teams and supported multiple contracting activities
n this role I was responsible for execution of procurement operations, including strategic sourcing, negotiating with suppliers, managing supplier contract, delivery, analysing tenders, forecasting and vendor management of 3rd party service providers. In line with relevant business policies. I lead the supplier management KPI and metrics reporting. I worked with stakeholders to find and understand deviation and improvement areas. I collaborate daily with the requisition to pay (R2P) team. My deliverables were:
• Sourcing and buying heavy agricultural machines from Asian markets.
• Carrying out nationwide buying and intake of raw materials.
• Managing the manufacturing supplier lifecycle and continuously obtaining best quality at lower costs.
• Ensuring strong information flows back to the category teams.
• Using eSourcing tools to find, evaluate, select potential suppliers.
• Handling vendor on-boarding, qualification process, requisitioning and payment operations.
• Updating procurement processes to identify waste and enable innovation.
• And working across teams, legal, finance and operations.
In this role I took on several functions highlighted below. Overall, I was responsible for sourcing hardware and software, acquiring goods and services for all LEAP Africa/MasterCard foundation programs across 6 countries. I was responsible for all Purchase to Pay (P2P) transactions effectively managing the total spend portfolio.
I fulfilled the following responsibilities:
• Sourcing Manager: Sourcing project equipment, hardware and software and all IT needs for multi project regions. Managing and sourcing all indirect project categories.
• Project Manager: Overall supervision of logistics, delivery, collection and inspections across all locations ensuring timeliness in delivery and quality of all orders, equipment and materials.
• Supplier Manager: I managed the relationship with over 300 vendor and suppliers, carrying out negotiations (RfI, RfP, RfQ) for facilities and equipment’s, goods and services simultaneously across Nigerian cities and six (6) African countries where LEAP programs currently run.
• Process Design: I successfully designed procurement templates, designed standard procedures and processes for requisition. I managed the procurement process, mapping, data migration and training for LEAP Africa’s Oracle NetSuite ERP System migration.
Key Accomplishments:
I led a highly complex, across continent involving 6 countries procurement project of over 30, 000 Toolkits to School Teacher Mentors. MasterCard Transformative Leadership Programme
Citi and Ford Foundation iLEAD: I successfully completed all the procurement of training needs across schools in 2 counties for the Ford Foundation iLEAD project ensuring products were sourced competitively.
Aeristech is a High-speed electric motor manufacturer for automotive, aerospace, and HVAC Manufacturer.
I lead its early market entrance for the US market.
