I organize experienced and successful consultants, writers, developers and graphic designers to support projects from the fields of Education, Science, Technology, Engineering, Communications, Medicine, Defense, and Drug and Device Manufacture.
We also provided graphics design as well as 2D and 3D animations of drug delivery and medical device products, systems and applications.

The website "www.creativebiotech.com" was redesigned in 2016 to provide up-to-the-minute news feeds and curated articles from around the world of bio technology. All the technical documentation services which we had provided for the previous 14 years were migrated to Tom Chapman Associates.
offered IT search and placement which introduced me to (VLSI) chip design, verification and manufacture and the new world of real-time visualization. I also conducted project discovery efforts for digital animators, editors, compositors, producers and directors. We helped to staff animation and game development studios for quick turnaround, short-term projects. Many of these talented individuals and teams work with me today as media partners.
I provided search and placement services to hospitals and clinics around the country, working with Physicians, Masters' Prepared Nurses and Allied Health Professionals.
My areas of expertise focused on Physicians, where I mainly worked in Pediatrics, Oncology, Hematology, Psychiatry, Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Allergy Immunology, Nephrology, Endocrinology, Critical Care and Surgery. I also worked to place Masters' Prepared Nurses, Allied Health Professionals.
Clients included Humana Healthcare Systems, St. Luke's Hospital Systems, Children's Mercy Hospital, Fitzgibbons (Marshall MO), McPherson Memorial (KS) and hospitals and clinics throughout the country.
I often piloted my small plane to rural hospitals throughout the Midwest site inspections and interviews with administrators, medical directors and physicians.
