Starting February 2013 I performed management/coordination of piping hydrotests inside PO/PE project Borouge 3.
From August 2012 until February 2013 I performed management of steel structure erection for Polyethilene/Polyolefines plant inside Borouge 3 project Abu Dhabi-UAE.
Performing coordination of all related mechanical works within package 5A Technip scope of work including here piping, steel structures, HVAC, static equipments - project Jubail Export Refinery, owner Saudi Aramco and Total Refining Petrochemical- (SATORP).
Performing the training for piping discipline for the workers of KPO Karachaganak Petroleum Operating) AKSAI- Kazakhstan.
Performing coordination of piping erection works on D-island Kashagan offshore project-LNG.
I perform monitoring of supervisors field activities - erection of various piping, mechanical works (static and dynamic equipments) for revamping of Fluid Catalytic Cracking Unit and Catalytic Reforming Unit inside Petrotel-LUKOIL refinery . I perform also some engineering activities such as modification of piping or interface with designers.
I manage a group of 10 steel structure supervisors and CTJV is main contractor. Our scope is to monitor and control the erection works done by subcontractors.
Duties&Responsabilities:
-Monitor and control the activities of supervisors and collect all data.
-Plan/schedule the priorites and activities of subcontractors to respect the schedule.
-Ensure that the work is compliant with procedure, relevant standards contract documents, specifications, method statement, policies.
-Interface with subcontractors’construction managers and resolve issues arising during project’s execution.
-Prepare the necessary reports and attend the mitings with Client (RAS GAS) and all Subcontractors for discipline.
-Checking and approval of site instructions, technical query and monitoring implementation of its in field.
-Interface with Vendors-Suppliers of steel structure and resolve all non-conformance, misfabrication, missing materials arising during project’s execution.
-Interface and cooperate with engineering group CTJV and implement all modifications, FDCR’s which appear.
- Report to Construction/Site Manager and attend all internal coordinating meeting.
I monitor and control (supervise) erection works for steel structure performed by contractor(North Caspian Caspian Company-MSS) and subcontractor GATE within Oil-Gas-Sulphure plant Kashagan project.
In this project Petrofac is hiring by AGIP KCO (the owner) to perform management , engineering & procurement.
I manage erection activities for steel structure of Utility area within QG II LNG ONSHORE project QATAR GAS-RAS LAFFAN. I manage around 150 people including 4 supervisors, 8 foremans and 12 chargehands. The work was in Utility/offsite/offplot/Slug catcher areas.
Supervised piping works (prefabrication and erection for High Velocity Erosion system within Unit 3 - Karachaganak Petroleum Operating AKSAI- KAZAKHSTAN during a shutt down and also for Unit 2.
Supervised QA/QC activities for hook-up & commissioning of SABRATHA PLATFORM PROJECT-AGIP Branch Libya
Erection of steel structure for a Power Generation Group within LNG NIGERIA LTD. - BONNY ISLAND.
Fabricated of piping supports for LNG plant within LNG NIGERIA LTD. - BONNY ISLAND.

Supervised the activities of erection for complex equipment such as tanks, pressure vessels, columns, pumps, process and utilities piping (common and alloy steel grades), erection of steel structures within the Heavy Water Distillation Unit.
