Heading the Sales, Marketing operations and partner relationship of Erwin by Quest

Coordinate with the internal legal team to prepare the necessary documents for supplier registrations and Government tender invitations. Additionally, ensure they are as per the requested format and submit them for review
Identified and generated prospects through strategic sales strategies and by focusing on customers in target markets
Maintained good working relationships with existing clients to enhance client retention and new sales through referrals and references
Supported the team in improving operations and resolving issues to deliver top-notch customer service
