Creating an Architecture and Interior Design, preparing drawings, hand -made sketches, material boards, mood boards, specifications, coordination Structural and MEP requirements and site visiting- coordination for all project stages.
Some of responsibilities include:
•Managing the complete project execution process from start to finish.
•Setting up the project program based on time requirements of design development, approval & inspection process, procurement, site schedule and others.
•Overseeing the nomination of sub-contractors required for different jobs, ensuring capability and resource availability with them to complete the job & managing them once they are nominated. Reviewing contracts in term of cost, quality and time. Liaising with QS insuring all scopes covered by BOQ.
•Establishing procurement program, assessing the material requirements and coordinating with procurement.
•Liaising with the client, contractor, design team and procurement or any other involved parties.
•Monitoring actual site progress against the project program and keeping the client / senior management updated on the progress and deliverables, taking quick corrective action where required.
Showroom manager for many brands like Fendi, B&B, .... in addition to the office furniture as Herman Miller and many european products, and carpet tiles like milliken tarkett and raised floors. And since my major is interior design i was handling the interior design depts in the showroom.
