• I supervise workshop operations for Tubing Conveyed Perforation / Logging and the Gun Loading facility.
• I lead the team to load perforating guns for Chevron, Exon-Mobil, Total, Agip, NPDC, Shell Petroleum.
• I liaise with the client on the load out of TCP Equipments based on clients call out.
• I dis-assemble spent guns from TCP tools and service gun adapters for next use
• I pressure test TCP tools based on textile strength and pressure integrity.
• I run inventory of all explosives in clients Locations (Chevron, Total, NPDC etc )
• I run inventory of Type 1 and Type 2 explosive Box in the clients location based on company policy.
• I plan explosive movement to and fro clients location with the relevant government authorities to escort explosives
• I supervise all operations in Tubing Conveyed Perforation Workshop
• I lead team to load perforating guns for TCP and Logging in the Gun Loading Facility for Chevron, Exxoml, Shell Petroleum, Addax, Agip Total, NDPC etc
• I load out TCP Equipments and explosives based on clients call out to location
• I dis-assemble TCP tools from spent guns and service gun adapters for next job.
• I interface with clients on job load out.
• I plan explosive movement to and fro clients location with the relevant government authorities to escort explosives
• I assemble and torque upper and lower completion tools based on their textile strength and pressure same for Shell petroleum development company.
• I make request for completion tools based on well schematic drawing from Client’s office.
• I administer QAQC checks on completion materials received from clients before make up
• I torque up completion sub assemblies e.g.. XN Nipples, XA Sleeve, TRDP Valve,
for Shell petroleum dev. company.
• I torque joints with torque machine to specification.
• I pressure test completion sub-assemblies and chart same for Shell petroleum dev. company.
• I re-dress retrievable bridge plug, Bobcat packers and Quantum Service tools
• I torque and pressure test completion sub assembly tools for Shell, Warri.
• I service various sizes of Sub Surface Safety Valves, Dummy valves and program gas lift valves,
• I join team to service Well head in the workshop
