Main Tasks:
- Monitor external sub-contractors, suppliers.
- Controlling the Building Management System of the plant (BMS).
- Manage maintenance, prepare reports and testing of: Water utilities, Compressed air, Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning, Electrical supplies, Fire control devices. Maintain related documentation.
- Establish and implement Key Performance Indicators for equipment in order to improve performance and optimise cost and use.
- Monitor and follow-up maintenance works within safety and environment rules.
- Manage spare parts inventory.
- Participate in new Production equipment, new facilities and utilities projects.
- Prepare and implement Production equipment, facilities and utilities qualification and calibration programs of metrological devices.
- Participate in the investigation and follow-up of failures and deviations related to equipment, utilities and processes as well as identification of corrective measures and their implementation.
