• Optimize the in-country portfolio & manages daily operations of the business units.

Key Achievements:
I managed a key project involving the inspection of certificates issued by Bureau Veritas, the global leader in the conformity assessment and certification services, for inbound shipments into Iraq.
My commitment resulted in the successful controlling all borders by monitoring them via one system.
In addition, I solved a lot of customer problems by listening to their complaints.
Quality Control / Erbil - Iraq
• Follow up the good execution of the contracts with Ministry of Planning (MOP) & Ministry of Health (MOH) and make sure all points are executed in a properly and timely manner.
• Follow up with the suppliers on date of arrivals.
• Ensure good reception of the equipment to the assigned sites in Kurdistan - Iraq.
• Perform installation and operation of equipment on sites for many types of
Laboratories.
• Provide support, guidance and training on the use of materials and equipment.
• Organize and perform needed training on Equipment.
• Maintain a fully maintenance and troubleshooting service of Lab equipment.
• Maintain the quality assurance of the laboratory by performing all QA/QC
procedures for analytical tests.
• Selling lab equipment’s, spare parts, chemicals, reagents & kits/media as needed.
• After sales support and follow up with our clients.
• Maintain training records for all laboratory staff, including demonstrations of capability.
