• Assisting the Director of Administration managing and directing the Administrative Department by providing direction to divisions in the department on personnel matters and work schedules and priorities.
• Assisting in the development, planning, and implementation of department goals and objectives; recommend and administer county-wide policies and procedures, as well as policies and procedures within the Administrative department.
• Directing, overseeing and participating in the development of the Department's work plan; assigning work activities, projects and programs; monitoring work flow; reviewing and evaluating work products, methods and procedures.
• Assisting in preparing the Administrative department budget, in budget implementation; participating in the forecast of funds needed for staffing, equipment, materials and supplies.
• Training, motivating and evaluating personnel, conducting performance evaluations; implementing discipline procedures.
• Building and maintaining positive working relationships with co-workers, and suppliers.
• In the absence of the Director of Administrative Services, assume the responsibilities of the director as needed.

• Producing weekly analysis to effectively negotiate deal terms and quotations as well as assessing payroll..
• Managing the process of the employees’ passport and visa renewals and following up on their legal conditions.
• Evaluating job at hand and presenting progress to clients on a monthly basis.
• Preparing and tracking of all document transmittals to the customer and 3rd party vendors
• Arranging visit visas for our external resources
• Conducting annual leaves records and following up to update HR on monthly basis.
• Crisis management including safety training procedures and coordinating public relations for the company
• Receiving, processing and verifying the accuracy of orders from customers utilizing nokia’s internal CRM/mainframe systems and customer purchase orders
• Initiating required action for response to customer service requests for order changes, including the maintenance of order/customer information files and communicating changes to the appropriate personnel/departments.
• Ensuring and providing quality service to both internal and external customers.
• Accessing nokia’s internal systems to obtain and extract order information and providing customer service management with the data for inclusion in various scheduled and special reports
