Prepare the yearly aftersales work plan that includes: the target sales and the department budget.
Develop a strategic plan to increase the absorption rate.
Maintain the after sales team work performance (monitor and evaluate work performance of the team, organize technical training provided by manufacturers, work on an incentive plan to motivate employees).
Ensure customer satisfaction. (Follow up with team members on responding to customers ‘requests and complaints).
Supervise service managers and parts manager.
Participate in the company sales campaign.
Categorize parts and develop their price list.
Monitor warranty claims to ensure their correct administration in line with the manufacturer's guidelines.
Help HR in searching for talents, interview candidates and select the appropriate one.
Handle communication with manufacturers (order parts, coordinate on machines breakdown).
Visit Customers to maintain the relationship with them.
Prepare monthly sales report.

o Maintain and repair of construction equipment according to manufacturer specifications and within the company policies and procedures.
o Supervise and support the maintenance team on a daily basis, in order to meet the preventive maintenance plans and programs.
o Prepare records of various maintenance activities, and report to senior managers.
o Follow up on breakdowns as a matter of urgency, coordinating with store to ensure minimum breakdown time.
o Work on preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance repairs of “Caterpillar”, “Vogel paver”, “HAMM”, “Mercedes Trucks”, “Mack Trucks”, “Mitsubishi Pick Up” and “Perkins Generators”.
o Overhauling of “Perkins Generators”, “C9 engine”.
o Prepare plant list and updates as necessary to show scrapping and addition of equipment and machinery, fleet numbering.
o Raise the spare parts requisition to plant purchasing section.
o Prepare Schedule/programs of services, and repairs of major breakdowns
o Prepare Plant budget, Crusher budget.
o Follow the safety procedures for the plant.
