Ø Identify, qualify, and select vendors of materials, equipment, products, or services, and conduct overall supplier management. Liaising between suppliers, manufacturers, relevant internal departments and customers. Processing payments and invoices. Negotiate for out of court settlement with suppliers for compensation to cover losses due to poor quality material rejected by QC.
Ø Arrange for disposal of surplus materials.
Ø Interview, select, train, manage, and appraise the performance of associated personnel

Ø Preparation of Pre-tender program and post-tender program.
Ø Preparing weekly and monthly targets for the execution team
Ø Inviting quotation, comparing prices and procuring material.
Ø Preparing and Assisting in Periodic Inspection of Consultant and Authorities respectively.

Ø Erecting, testing and commissioning of water purifier units called WATERPOWERBOX in partnership with CELAR Water Equipment Co LLC.
Ø Erection, testing and commissioning of Generators, diesel pumps, sound attenuators with dampers and smoke detectors in generator rooms
Ø Construction of acoustic containment for generator along with its changeover panel.
Ø Installing central computerized control units for generator units to control power distribution.
Ø Maintaining service schedules and preventive maintenance of Equipment.
Ø Managing service personnel and service response.
Ø Representing company in Exhibitions and Trade Shows
Ø Designing logos and product catalogue
Ø Inviting quotation, prepare comparison and procure material/ appoint sub-contractors to maximize the profit margin.

Ø Develop marketing strategies for Alimak/Leibhher brands - construction hoist and tower cranes
Ø Erection and commissioning of Alimak construction hoists and Leibher tower cranes along with supports.
Ø Building and troubleshooting of electrical panels and troubleshooting parameters in Control Modules, Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) and of Alimak and Leibher brands.
Ø Commissioning, service and troubleshooting electrical and hydraulic problems of Atlas Copco compressors & Generators, Jungheinrich electric forklifts and Flygt pumps.
Ø Troubleshooting electrical & hydraulic problems related to construction equipment of Dynapac, Partner, Dimas, Pheonix, Stteter.
Ø Use the ERP software to place orders of spare parts, and make estimate of the job.

Ø Explaining products or services and prices, and demonstrating use of products
