● Maintenance and Operations: Ensuring the smooth functioning and upkeep of the building's systems, equipment, and infrastructure, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other essential utilities
● Space and Asset Management: Efficiently managing the allocation and utilization of space, along with tracking and maintaining the organization's assets and inventory.
● Health and Safety Compliance: Implementing and adhering to health and safety standards to create a secure environment for occupants and employees, while also ensuring regulatory compliance.
● Manage PM work for support machineries, routine facilities inspection and perform corrective measure as required.
● Ensure SLA and KPI as per the standard.
● Schedule the routine maintenance for all Mechanical and Electrical systems.
● Preparation and maintain the proper documentation for every activity to get the history of all equipments like life time, running cost and maintenance cost.
● Monitor the performance and maintenance history of equipment’s and prepare the report to submit Management authorities to improve the quality and reduce the operational cost.
To plan, organize and control the day-to-day operation.
Supervising a team of 35 professional technical employees of various nationalities
Manage and Operations of Facilities as per the standards.
Organizing and planning essential central services (Hard & Soft Service).
Monitoring of Preventive and Corrective maintenance of Facilities (Electrical Power, Lights, Air
condition, Plumbing, etc.)
Liaised with the contractor / consultants for Inspections / RFI / Proposals / Variations.
Monitoring & approving the Materials to be purchased, Procuring /Order processing, Vendor/Supplier management
Maintain safe working Practices and quality, manage daily operations like work load /staff utilization/drivers and resources/ keep minimum spare parts stock.
Co-ordinate with HSE Team for implementing Safe working Procedures of various activities.
Coordination with other Contractors and Subcontractors for proper execution of work.
Ensure all facilities, assets, equipments, vehicles are properly maintained and operated to minimize risk to health, safety and adhere to environment
Supply and installation of all kind of Air conditioning and refrigeration equipments for commercial and residential projects.
