Work on client side for daily maintenance issues faced by clients and provide necessary and
suggested resolutions for those particular issues. Liaison with different departments of bank
for new functionalities. Gather necessary documentation from these departments, design,
testing, conduct UAT from client side, resolve the issues faced during UATs and implement
suggested functionality on client side.
Attend training of Misys Fusion Banking Essence product, engaged in different projects to
handle the business consultancy needs of the clients. Prepare FSD (Functional Specification
Document) and BSD (Business Specification Document). Analyze the business needs from
previous functional system with Core Banking Systems and suggest the proper solution to
handle these needs. Prepare different case studies and test them for testing of software,
suggest improvements if needed to enhance the adaptability. Conduct different UATS from
own self for quality of solution provided. Work on major clients of different countries for
different banking products in which some projects and accomplishments are as followings,
1. Misys Corporate Chanel Quality Assurance testing for major bank of Egypt.
2. Attend Training of Misys Essence.
3. Involved in Single Book to Multi Book project of prestigious Bank of Pakistan.
4. Sanity Testing of Up-gradation from R.06 to R.13 version of Temenos T24.
5. Clearing solution from local development to CORE functionality.
6. Implementation of with Holding Tax of Term Deposits and Cash Withdrawals for Filer and Non Filer tax payers as per Finance Bill 2014 of Pakistan.
7. Implementation of Federal Excise Duty for Sind and KPK province at 15% and 16% for remaining provinces.
8. Implementation of Special Accounts Interest Payment at Subtotal of balances rather than individual accounts balances.
9. Implementation of New Currencies AED (U.A.E Dirham), CAD (Canadian Dollar), SAR (Saudi Riyal) for existing foreign currencies products.
10. Implementation of Federal Excise Duty for Non-Tariff Branches.
11. Implementation of Visionary Impaired Persons account opening as per SBP rules and regulations.
12. TDR centralization from all over Pakistan branches and Deal slip printing and Reports extraction are at branch end.
13. Payment Order restriction.
14. Testing of new functionalities and provide feedback regarding bugs and improvements.
15. Wholly solely manage the Maintenance of major client of Temenos for modules like CORE, TELLER, ACCOUNT, CLEARING, TERM DEPOSITS, and FUNDS TRANSFER etc.
I was working as a service Provide for 06 months on contract basis to provide training in different branches of Bank Alfalah Ltd (Islamic Division) from all over Pakistan.
1. Complete the phases of parallel and Go- Live training session on newly software.
2. wholly responsible for reporting of all errors, overrides and software related problems to the Project Management Office.
3. On completion of training tuner, I was responsible for taking feedback regarding the performance and evaluation of software.
Worked as a freelancer as well as on contract bases as Implementation and T24 Trainer to provide training in different branches of Different Banks from all over Pakistan. The bank details are as following,
